At sunrise, the stone-burr mill at their bakery commences its mission of grinding High Plains Hard Red Spring Wheat harvested from a single-family farm in Montana. Grown without any chemicals and boasting an unbeatable protein/fiber combo, this wheat yields some of the most nutritious bread imaginable - all thanks to their two mighty stones that grind away slowly with minimal heat loss for maximum flavor preservation!

At Loafers, the Mixing Loafer is at the core of all their baking and starts making loaves before most hard-working people rise up to face their days.
